Ingredients
  

For the white mocha:

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup milk-soy, diary, almond
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Half cup sugar
  • One cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Instant coffee powder

For the Cinnamon dolce syrup

  • Half cup granulated sugar
  • Half cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

For the Frappuccino

  • Half cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon dolce powder
  • 2 tsp white mocha syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • Simple syrup
  • ½ cup strawberries

Instructions
 

  • White mocha syrup: In a saucepan, combine milk types, sugar, and vanilla for the white mocha syrup as listed above. Simmer on medium heat while stirring until all sugar is dissolved. Add the white chocolate chips and continue stirring until all are melted completely. Finally, add instant coffee and stir until it’s dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Wash saucepan
  • Cinnamon Dolce Syrup: In a clean saucepan, add granulated sugar, water, and vanilla and simmer on medium heat until all sugar is dissolved. Add cinnamon and stir until it thickens. Set aside to cool.
  • Frappuccino: Blend strawberries and milk until smooth. Add the simple syrup, cinnamon dolce syrup, vanilla extract, and white mocha syrup and blend until all ingredients are well mixed. Pour your mixture into a tall glass and top with whipped cream.
  • Garnish with strawberries and enjoy.

Notes

This Frappuccino can include any milk of your choice. You can use almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk, or oat milk.
You can also add or remove sugar to suit your taste. The strawberries are also adjustable as you would wish.
