I love strawberry everything and when I first heard of the strawberry cheesecake Frappuccino, I knew I had to try it out. My first guess was an ordinary strawberry and cheese combo, but I was pleasantly surprised to taste a hint of cinnamon and vanilla. This Frappe puts all our favorite ingredients in one cup. This is a customization of the Starbucks official strawberry crème Frappuccino.

Brief History of the Drink

The strawberry cheesecake Frappuccino was first launched in the Asian Starbucks store before its grand debut in Starbucks Australia in January 2015. It caused a stir online as customers raised concerns about the cheese whip. The American market, however, embraced this drink with both arms as a Starbuck secret menu item. The strawberry cheesecake frappe is yet to debut officially in other Starbucks markets.

Unfortunately for the rest of us, it has to be ordered step by step, but it is as easy as ABC if you get the recipe right as we shall show you in this post. What’s in a strawberry cheesecake Frappuccino- (Ingredients)

The decadent dessert is made with white mocha syrup, vanilla syrup, cinnamon dolce syrup, strawberries, and a crème base.

White mocha syrup: This syrup is made with instant coffee, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, sugar, whole milk, and condensed milk.

Vanilla syrup: This is an amazing additive to anything. You can make it with water, vanilla bean powder, and sugar.

Cinnamon dolce syrup: This is cinnamon with brown sugar. Dolce is an English word that means sweet, in case you didn’t know that.

The frappe brings out the strawberry flavor in an intense way. Other flavors like cinnamon and vanilla are hints away, making it perfectly infused. I loved the strong strawberry flavor and the floral flavor hints that come with it. This is a very sweet drink. Everything sweet is added to it making it perfect for the sweet teeth.

I also like to add an extra pump of vanilla as it makes it a little exotic and tastier. Ann addition to the strawberries puree does no harm. If you are a strawberry person, you can always add as much as you would like.

Ingredients
  

For the white mocha:

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup milk-soy, diary, almond
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Half cup sugar
  • One cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Instant coffee powder

For the Cinnamon dolce syrup

  • Half cup granulated sugar
  • Half cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

For the Frappuccino

  • Half cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon dolce powder
  • 2 tsp white mocha syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • Simple syrup
  • ½ cup strawberries

Instructions
 

  • White mocha syrup: In a saucepan, combine milk types, sugar, and vanilla for the white mocha syrup as listed above. Simmer on medium heat while stirring until all sugar is dissolved. Add the white chocolate chips and continue stirring until all are melted completely. Finally, add instant coffee and stir until it’s dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Wash saucepan
  • Cinnamon Dolce Syrup: In a clean saucepan, add granulated sugar, water, and vanilla and simmer on medium heat until all sugar is dissolved. Add cinnamon and stir until it thickens. Set aside to cool.
  • Frappuccino: Blend strawberries and milk until smooth. Add the simple syrup, cinnamon dolce syrup, vanilla extract, and white mocha syrup and blend until all ingredients are well mixed. Pour your mixture into a tall glass and top with whipped cream.
  • Garnish with strawberries and enjoy.

Notes

This Frappuccino can include any milk of your choice. You can use almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk, or oat milk.
You can also add or remove sugar to suit your taste. The strawberries are also adjustable as you would wish.
