Equipment

  • Blender
  • Microwave or hot water

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups of milk
  • ¾ teaspoon of water
  • ½ teaspoon of blue raspberry powdered drink mix
  • 1¾ cups of mango sorbet
  • 1½ cups of frozen mango pieces
  • White chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of food coloring- Pink and blue
  • Pink sanding sugar
  • Whipped cream
  • ½ cup of crushed ice

Instructions

  • Prepare the syrup by combining the white chocolate chips, water, and blue food coloring. Warm them up in a microwave or steam them in hot water and mix until they have melted into each other. Drizzle the syrup on the sides of your cup.
  • Blend the frozen mango pieces, mango sorbet, and milk until smooth. Add the pink food coloring to your preferred intensity and blend until thoroughly mixed. Add the crushed ice and pour the pink mixture into the cup.
  • Top it all off with some whipped cream. Sprinkle the raspberry powdered drink mix and pink sanding sugar. Enjoy your homemade Unicorn Frappuccino!

Notes

  • You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to your drink if you want a creamier drink with some vanilla flavor. You can also add some cream to the milk to make your drink thicker.
  • You can add some lemon or lime powder for a more sour taste.
  • If you can’t find any ingredients at the grocery store, try looking at a baking supply store.
  • You could skip the whipped cream or reduce the syrup if you can’t handle the sugar. When making the syrup, you can use unsweetened syrup and then build up the amount of sugar you prefer.
  • For a vegan option, you could use vegan milk and syrup.
