Starbucks Pistachio Coffee Syrup Copycat Recipe

I will share a simple copycat recipe so that you can enjoy it all year round.

  • Saucepan
  • Heat
  • Spatula
  • Jar
  • strainer

Ingredients
  

  • Roasted, sliced pistachios
  • Salt
  • Almond extract (optional)
  • Water
  • Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil on high heat.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes while stirring until all the sugar is dissolved.
  • Remove from heat, add a pinch of salt, and let it cool.
  • Strain the mixture into a jar to get rid of the leftover pistachios.

Notes

Keep the syrup refrigerated and use it within seven days.
