Starbucks Fall In A Cup Latte or Frappuccino copycat recipe

Equipment

  • Blender (for frappuccino)
  • Saucepan (for latte)

Ingredients
  

For latte;

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons of caramel syrup
  • 1/3 cup chai concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • A shot of espresso
  • Whipped cream

For frappuccino;

  • 1 cup of pumpkin spice sauce/puree
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of xanthan gum
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • Two shots of espresso
  • 1/3 cup of chai concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons of caramel syrup
  • Whipped cream

Instructions
 

For latte

  • Mix the milk, sugar, and pumpkin puree in a saucepan and let the mixture warm over medium-low heat for about three minutes. Do not let it boil.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat, and whisk in the remaining ingredients, except whipped cream, until perfectly combined.
  • Serve and top the latte with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice and enjoy.

For frappuccino

  • Pour all the ingredients into a blender and mix for two minutes.
  • Serve the frappuccino in a glass and garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice and enjoy.

Notes

  • In both recipes, feel free to use any milk you prefer.
  • The number of espresso shots used can also be adjusted in both recipes to match how caffeinated you want your drink.
  • The amount of caramel syrup and chai concentrate used in these recipes can be tweaked.
  • Use homemade ingredients like whipped cream, pumpkin puree/sauce, and pumpkin spice.
