Starbucks Classic Syrup Copycat Recipe
Kai Jordan
I learned how to make this syrup at home. I will share the recipe in this post and you can start making it at home, too. Enjoy!
Place a saucepan on a stove and set it on medium-high heat
Add one part of water and two parts of sugar and stir the two ingredients
Continue stirring until the water simmers
Give the ingredients enough time so that the sugar dissolves completely
Once this happens, remove the saucepan from the stove
Allow the classic syrup to cool to room temperature
Transfer it to a container or jar and use it on your beverage
- Since classic syrup is not a drink, you cannot customize it.
- If you make more than enough classic syrup, you should store the rest in an airtight container and then place it on the counter.
- It can also last longer if you refrigerate the rest.
- Since this syrup is quite sweet, you only need to add half a teaspoon to a drink.
