Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 scoops of protein powder
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of raspberry syrup
  • 1/8 cup of berries
  • 6oz. of passion iced tea

Instructions
 

  • Pour all the ingredients into the blender and blend for about a minute.
  • Serve in a glass, sprinkle a few berries on top, and enjoy.

Notes

Use any protein powder you like.
Use fresh or frozen fruits and adjust their amounts to your liking.
Modify the amount of raspberry syrup used too.
This recipe produces one serving, so adjust the above amounts to suit your desired servings.
Use any berries you love.
