Blender
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups ice
1 ripe banana
1 cup of milk
1 1/4 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup.
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Whipped cream
Chocolate syrup
Pinch of cinnamon(optional)
1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional)
Instructions
Starting with the ice, add the milk, skinned and chopped banana, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and xanthan gum into the blender and mix well.
Serve in a glass by pouring in the mixture, then topping with the whipped cream and drizzling with the syrup and mini chocolate chips.
Notes
I prefer 2 percent milk, but you can also use any milk, including skimmed, whole, or non-dairy.
I used Hershey’s chocolate for this recipe as I love its consistency and taste.
The vanilla extract, chocolate syrup, mini chocolate chips, xanthan gum, and aerosol whipped cream are all store-bought.
