Recipe for making Turkish coffee without an ibrik

I will give you a few tips on making Turkish coffee without using the ibrik.

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • A spoon or whiskey
  • Coffee cups
  • Cooking stove

Ingredients
  

  • High-quality coffee beans
  • Sugar
  • Any other spices of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Pour a few cups of water into your saucepan to commence the preparation. Add sugar, coffee, and any other ingredients you want your coffee to have into the water in the saucepan. Stir the mixture carefully using a big spoon or a whisk.
  • Carefully place the saucepan over medium heat and let it simmer for about ten minutes. Foam will start foaming after a few minutes; you only need to scoop it and transfer it into your coffee cup or cups. Leave the rest of the coffee to boil for a few extra minutes.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and gently pour your coffee into your cup. Do not stir the coffee before drinking it, as it will disrupt your already foam.
