Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of lemonade
  • 1 tablespoon of acai powder
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries
  • Simple syrup
  • Green coffee bean powder
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Slice the strawberries in half.
  • Put the sliced strawberries in a blender with some water and blend till smooth.
  • Once the strawberries are blended, strain the mixture through a strainer.
  • Add 2 cups of white grape juice, 1 teaspoon of green coffee powder, and I tablespoon of acai powder to the blended strawberries and mix well using a whisk.
  • Add simple syrup and 2 cups of lemonade to the mixture and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture over a glass filled with ice cubes and sliced strawberries and serve.

Notes

  • I like having a tangy lemonade taste in my refresher, so to achieve this, you can skip the simple syrup. To make it sweeter, you can use honey or flavored syrup as well.
  • You can also replace the lemonade with another type of juice such as apple juice.
  • If you want your refresher to be caffeine-free, you can skip the coffee bean powder.
  • When I’m making the strawberry acai refresher at home, I love having a little fun with the fruits that I infuse in my drink. You can use frozen strawberry inclusions in the drink, which is the standard at Starbucks. I love using kiwi inclusions in my refresher. These fruits make the drink more nutritious. Not to mention you can eat afterward!
  • If you are not a fan of lemonade, you can use water instead.
