Vanilla coffee creamer copycat recipe

Ingredients
  

  • A cup of whole milk
  • One cup of heavy cream
  • Half a cup of granulated sugar
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar. Stir to ensure the ingredients are mixed.
  • Heat the mixture over medium heat, occasionally stirring, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is heated through. Do not heat the mixture till it boils.
  • Turn off the heat and add a tablespoon of vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir till the ingredients have a uniform consistency.
  • Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  • Once cooled, pour your homemade Vanilla coffee creamer into an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • You can adjust the amount of vanilla extract and sugar you use depending on your preferences.
  • If you want a vegan vanilla coffee creamer, substitute the heavy cream with coconut oil and whole milk with plant-based milk like almond or coconut milk.
