In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar. Stir to ensure the ingredients are mixed.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, occasionally stirring, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is heated through. Do not heat the mixture till it boils.
Turn off the heat and add a tablespoon of vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir till the ingredients have a uniform consistency.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, pour your homemade Vanilla coffee creamer into an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.
