Starbucks strawberry sakura latte copycat recipe

  • Frother or whisk
  • Source of heat
  • Tall Glass
  • Bowl
  • Saucepan

Ingredients
  

  • Skimmed milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Strawberries
  • Sakura syrup
  • Coffee( optional)
  • Matcha(optional)
  • Freezer strawberries
  • Honey( optional)
  • Cherry powder

Instructions
 

  • Put your milk, coffee, and sakura syrup in a saucepan and warm for about 5 minutes
  • Take the milk off the pan, and add your honey or preferred sweetener
  • In a bowl, put whipped cream and froth it until it's fluffy
  • Pour your cherry-flavored milk and top it with the whipped cream
  • Use your cherry powder and a sprinkle of matcha to top it off
  • Use the frozen strawberries as garnish
  • Serve your drink and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you prefer your coffee iced, you can always add chewy ice cubes and enjoy it cold.
  • If you are a vegan, you can substitute whole milk for non-dairy ones like soy, almond, and oat.
  • If you are on a low-carb diet, you can consider reducing the toppings or skipping them altogether. Also, you can use natural sweeteners like honey.
  • In this recipe, a frother comes in handy, but a whisk works just as well if you do not have one.
  • For the latte, I am cooking the milk and sakura syrup on medium heat.
  • Also, for presentation purposes, frozen strawberries are recommended as a garnish compared to fresh strawberries.
