Put your milk, coffee, and sakura syrup in a saucepan and warm for about 5 minutes 
Take the milk off the pan, and add your honey or preferred sweetener 
In a bowl, put whipped cream and froth it until it's fluffy 
Pour your cherry-flavored milk and top it with the whipped cream 
Use your cherry powder and a sprinkle of matcha to top it off 
Use the frozen strawberries as garnish
