Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup.
  • 2 tablespoons peppermint syrup.
  • 2 scoops matcha powder.
  • 1 cup soy milk.
  • 1 cup ice cubes.
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum.
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  • Whipped cream.

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients, except whipped cream, in the blender and blend until smooth, ensuring all the ice is blended evenly.
  • Pour the FrappuccinoFrappuccino into a glass, garnish it with whipped cream, and enjoy.

Notes

  • Replace soy milk with any other kind of milk you prefer.
  • Adjust the amount of vanilla and peppermint syrup you use to match the intensity of sweetness and flavors you like.
  • Customize the number of matcha powder scoops in the recipe to your liking.
  • Use any brand of vanilla syrup, peppermint syrup, and matcha powder you have.
  • Xanthan gum can be replaced with any other thickener you have at hand.
  • If you can get matcha ice cream, use 2 scoops for extra thickness and flavor.
  • Feel free to use homemade whipped cream.
  • If you don’t want a frappuccino that’s too sweet, eliminate sugar.
