Ingredients
2 tablespoons vanilla syrup.
2 tablespoons peppermint syrup.
2 scoops matcha powder.
1 cup soy milk.
1 cup ice cubes.
1 teaspoon xanthan gum.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
Whipped cream.
Instructions
Place all the ingredients, except whipped cream, in the blender and blend until smooth, ensuring all the ice is blended evenly.
Pour the FrappuccinoFrappuccino into a glass, garnish it with whipped cream, and enjoy.
Notes
Replace soy milk with any other kind of milk you prefer.
Adjust the amount of vanilla and peppermint syrup you use to match the intensity of sweetness and flavors you like.
Customize the number of matcha powder scoops in the recipe to your liking.
Use any brand of vanilla syrup, peppermint syrup, and matcha powder you have.
Xanthan gum can be replaced with any other thickener you have at hand.
If you can get matcha ice cream, use 2 scoops for extra thickness and flavor.
Feel free to use homemade whipped cream.
If you don’t want a frappuccino that’s too sweet, eliminate sugar.
