Ingredients
2 tablespoons vanilla syrup.
2 tablespoons peppermint syrup.
1 cup whole milk.
ΒΌ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
3 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream.
1 cup of ice cubes.
3 tablespoons of whipped cream.
1 teaspoon of xanthan gum.
2 tablespoons of matcha powder.
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender, except your whipped cream, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve the frappuccino in a glass, top it with whipped cream, and enjoy.
Notes
Use any milk you prefer in your frappuccino.
Adjust the amount of peppermint and vanilla syrup used to your preference.
Adjust the amount of matcha powder to your liking.
Use any brand of vanilla syrup, peppermint syrup, and matcha powder you like.
The amount of ice cream can also be modified, depending on how creamy you want your frappuccino.
Replace xanthan gum with any frappuccino thickener you have.
If you have vanilla whipped cream, you can use that to garnish your frappuccino.
