Starbucks Raspberry Syrup Copycat Recipe

Here is a simple recipe to make the syrup at home

  • Spatula
  • Stove
  • Saucepan
  • strainer
  • Airtight jars

Ingredients
  

  • 11/2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 11/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Place your saucepan on the stove and add water, vanilla extract, and sugar and bring to a boil n medium heat, while stirring.
  • Add raspberries into the mixture and boil for 20 minutes. Mash the berries with a spatula and skim any impurities.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and strain to remove the berries.
  • After cooling, strain into airtight jars and refrigerate.

Notes

If using frozen berries, let them thaw before boiling.
