Starbucks Pokeball Frappuccino Copycat recipe

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

For vanilla frappuccino;

  • ½ cup of milk
  • ¼ cup of ice cubes
  • 2 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

For strawberry crème frappuccino;

  • ¼ cup of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 cup of homemade strawberry puree
  • Xanthan gum

For Pokeball Frappuccino;

  • Strawberry whipped cream
  • ½ cup of strawberry puree

Instructions
 

  • Start by preparing vanilla frappuccino. Into a blender, pour all the vanilla frappuccino ingredients and blend thoroughly, then serve the frappuccino in a tall glass.
  • Into the blender, pour all the strawberry crème frappuccino ingredients and blend until perfectly smooth.
  • Spread some of the Pokeball Frappuccino strawberry puree on top of the vanilla frappuccino, then pour the strawberry crème frappuccino on top and add some more strawberry puree.
  • Top the Pokeball frappuccino with strawberry whipped cream, and enjoy.

Notes

  • If you don’t have strawberry whipped cream, simply use regular whipped cream and add some more strawberry puree on top.
  • Xanthan gum is optional in this recipe. You can replace it with your preferred thickener, which adds extra flavor.
  • If you want a caffeinated Pokeball Frappuccino, incorporate one or two espresso shots in the vanilla frappuccino.
