Ingredients
¾ cup chopped pecans
⅓ cup pure cream
45 g unsalted butter
½ cup maple syrup
Instructions
In a frying pan, boil ¾ cup chopped pecans, ½ cup maple syrup, and 45 g unsalted butter for three minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat source and add ⅓ cup pure cream as you stir to an even consistency.
Allow to cool and pour into an air-tight container.Keep refrigerated for 3 weeks.
Notes
Maple pecan sauce makes your pastry taste unique and sweet.
You can add it to your coffee and tea.
