Kai Jordan

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Milk frother

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 espresso shots
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon dolce syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of caramel syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, warm the almond milk, but don't let it boil; then, transfer the milk to a pitcher.
  • Then in a mug, add the syrups, espresso shots, and honey and stir thoroughly to combine them perfectly.
  • With a milk frother, froth the milk perfectly, pour it over the syrup mixture, and stir the latte thoroughly.
  • Dust the ground cinnamon on top of the latte and enjoy.

Notes

  • Besides almond milk, you can use any other milk you like, although we recommend using plant-based milk.
  • Feel free to use as many espresso shots as you’d like depending on how caffeinated you want your latte.
  • You can use whatever sweetener you prefer if honey isn’t your favorite. Vanilla syrup is a great substitute.
  • Adjust the amount of cinnamon dolce syrup used to your liking and for the authentic Starbucks taste, use the Starbucks cinnamon dolce syrup.
  • Customize the amount of ground cinnamon used to garnish the latte to suit how spicy you like your drink.
