Starbucks Halloween Eggnog Frappuccino copycat recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of ice cubes.
  • 1 cup of pumpkin spice sauce.
  • ¼ teaspoon of xanthan gum.
  • Pinch of salt.
  • 3 tablespoons of frappuccino base syrup.
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice topping.
  • ½ of whipped cream.
  • 4 tablespoons of caramel syrup.

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender, except whipped cream, 2 tablespoons of caramel syrup, and pumpkin spice topping. Blend for 1-2 minutes until perfectly mixed.
  • Pour into a tall glass, top the frappuccino with whipped cream, sprinkle the pumpkin spice on top, drizzle two tablespoons of caramel syrup, and enjoy.

Notes

  • If you have homemade versions of any of the ingredients discussed above, feel free to use them.
  • If you’d love a caffeinated frappuccino, add espresso shots or a tablespoon of instant coffee powder to your ingredients list.
  • Xanthan gum is optional in this recipe, but it is crucial in making your frappuccino thicker and creamier.
  • This recipe produces one (16fl oz.) serving, so be sure to alter the amount of the ingredients to match the servings you'd like.
