Apart from whipped cream, caramel syrup, and cinnamon, blend everything else until smooth.
Line a tall glass with 3 tablespoons of caramel syrup, pour the frappuccino into the glass, top the frappuccino with whipped, and drizzle caramel syrup on top. Enjoy.
Notes
Use any kind of milk you enjoy, but dairy milk is recommended for a thicker frappuccino.
Xanthan gum is optional.
Adjust the number of tablespoons of java chips and caramel syrup and the amount of ground cinnamon used to match how intense you want the flavors in your frappuccino.
Use Tazo or Oregon chai tea concentrate or any other concentrate you choose.
