Place all the ingredients in a blender, except whipped cream and caramel syrup, and blend until smooth and velvety.
Line the walls of a tall glass with 2 tablespoons of caramel syrup, pour the frappuccino into the glass, top it with whipped cream, and drizzle the remaining caramel drizzle on top. Enjoy.
Notes
Add xanthan gum for a thicker frappuccino.
Use your favorite milk.
If possible, replace ice cubes with frozen milk for a creamier frappuccino.
