Ingredients
2 tablespoons of coconut shavings.
1 ½ cups of milk.
½ teaspoon of xanthan gum.
2 espresso shots/ 2 tablespoons of instant coffee powder.
1 cup of crushed ice.
Whipped cream.
2 tablespoons of coconut syrup.
2 tablespoons of white chocolate chips.
2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup.
Instructions
Except for whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and coconut shavings, blend all the ingredients until perfectly mixed and smooth.
Serve the frappuccino in a tall glass, top it with whipped cream, drizzle chocolate syrup, and sprinkle coconut shavings. Enjoy.
Notes
Use any milk you prefer.
Depending on how caffeinated you want your frappuccino, adjust the amount of instant coffee powder or the number of espresso shots to your preference.
Xanthan gum is optional in this recipe but great for a smooth and thick frappuccino.
Use any brand of coconut syrup; even homemade coconut syrup will work perfectly in this recipe.
