In the tea kettle, brew the lavender flowers and earl grey tea bags and steep them for 4-5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and strain out the flowers.
Add the vanilla syrup and honey into the earl grey-lavender tea and stir thoroughly until well combined, then pour the mixture into a large mug.
In the saucepan, warm the milk until hot, but don't let it boil.
Using a whisk, froth the milk thoroughly.
Pour the frothed milk into the mug with the tea and spoon the froth. Enjoy.
