Starbucks Coconut Ice Cream Frappuccino copycat recipe

Ingredients
1 ½ cups of coconut milk.
3 scoops of coconut ice cream.
1 cup of crushed ice.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
1 teaspoon of xanthan gum.
Whipped cream.
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender, apart from whipped cream, and blend until smooth, creamy, and thick.
Serve in a tall glass and garnish with whipped cream and enjoy.
Notes
Add 2 tablespoons of instant coffee powder or your preferred number of espresso shots in your favorite roast for a caffeinated version.
Feel free to use any ice cream brand you like the most.
Xanthan gum can be replaced with any other thickener.
For an even creamier frappuccino, freeze the milk beforehand and replace the ice cubes with frozen milk.
If you don’t want a frappuccino that’s too sweet, eliminate the 1tsp of sugar.
