Starbucks Coconut Ice Cream Frappuccino copycat recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups of coconut milk.
  • 3 scoops of coconut ice cream.
  • 1 cup of crushed ice.
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon of xanthan gum.
  • Whipped cream.

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender, apart from whipped cream, and blend until smooth, creamy, and thick.
  • Serve in a tall glass and garnish with whipped cream and enjoy.

Notes

  • Add 2 tablespoons of instant coffee powder or your preferred number of espresso shots in your favorite roast for a caffeinated version.
  • Feel free to use any ice cream brand you like the most.
  • Xanthan gum can be replaced with any other thickener.
  • For an even creamier frappuccino, freeze the milk beforehand and replace the ice cubes with frozen milk.
  • If you don’t want a frappuccino that’s too sweet, eliminate the 1tsp of sugar.
