The good thing about the Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Syrup is that you can use simple ingredients to make it at home.

Ingredients
Granulated sugar
Pure Vanilla Extract
Dark Brown Sugar
Filtered Water
Ground Cinnamon (or substitute with Cinnamon Sticks)
Instructions
Add sugars, cinnamon stick, and filtered water to a medium saucepan
Put on the heat, bring it to a low boil, and let it simmer for 15 minutes in low heat.
Put off the heat, and stir in the pure vanilla extract then remove the cinnamon sticks
Let it cool for about 10 minutes and pour it into a mason jar
Store it in a refrigerator and use it in your favorite tea lattes, coffee, and other drinks.
