Starbucks Chocolate Covered Raspberry Frappuccino copycat recipe

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips.
  • 3 tablespoons of raspberry syrup.
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup.
  • Whipped cream.
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • ½ cup of vanilla bean ice cream.
  • ½ cup of crushed ice.
  • 1 teaspoon of xanthan gum.

Instructions
 

  • Aside from whipped cream, 1 tablespoon of raspberry, and chocolate syrup, pour all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and well-combined.
  • Drizzle two tablespoons of chocolate syrup around the walls of a tall glass and then pour the frappuccino into the glass.
  • Top the frappuccino with whipped cream, drizzle the remaining chocolate syrup and raspberry syrup on top and enjoy.

Notes

  • Xanthan gum is optional in this recipe.
  • Adjust the number of chocolate chips to your liking.
  • Use any kind of milk you like in frappuccinos.
  • Whichever brand of ice cream will also work in this recipe.
  • Customize the amount of each syrup used depending on how strong you want the flavors.
