Starbucks Caramel Pumpkin Macchiato copycat recipe

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Frother/whisk.
  • Saucepan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of milk.
  • 2 tablespoons of homemade pumpkin spice sauce.
  • 2 espresso shots
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.

Instructions
 

  • Warm the milk in a saucepan over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  • Remove the milk from the heat, and with a milk frother or whisk, froth the milk until it starts to foam then, add in the pumpkin spice sauce and mix thoroughly.
  • Serve the frothy mixture in a cup and add in the espresso shots.
  • Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top, and enjoy.

Notes

  • Replace whole milk with any other milk you like but remember that dairy milk is preferred for a creamier macchiato.
  • Adjust the number of espresso shots used to your preference.
  • Feel free to use homemade pumpkin spice sauce and topping.
