Starbucks Caramel Mocha Chip Frappuccino copycat recipe

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of milk.
  • Whipped cream.
  • 2 tablespoons of caramel syrup.
  • 5 tablespoons of chocolate syrup.
  • 1/3 cup of chocolate chips.
  • 1/8 of crushed Oreo cookies.
  • 1 cup of ice.
  • ¼ teaspoon of xanthan gum.

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients except whipped cream, 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup, crushed Oreos, and caramel syrup in a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Drizzle caramel syrup on the walls of a tall glass and serve the frappuccino in the glass.
  • Top the frappuccino with whipped cream, drizzle the remaining chocolate syrup on top, sprinkle the crushed cookies, and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use any kind of milk you enjoy.
  • For a caffeinated version, add espresso shots while blending.
  • Adjust the amount of chocolate syrup depending on how rich you want the chocolate flavors.
  • Use any kind of thickener if you don’t have xanthan gum.
