  • Cream base
  • Apple juice
  • Whole milk
  • Dark caramel
  • Whipped cream
  • Caramel ribbon crunch
  • Caramel drizzle
  • Cinnamon dolce

Instructions
 

  • In your cup, pour apple juice up to the first line
  • Add whole milk to your cup up to the second line
  • Add a few pumps of cream base and cinnamon dolce syrup
  • Add a few pumps of dark caramel
  • Top it up with whipped cream, caramel ribbon crunch, caramel drizzle, and cinnamon dolce
