Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 cup of pumpkin spice sauce
  • Three tablespoons of crème frappuccino syrup
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of crushed Oreos
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of Mocha sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon of xanthan gum
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of Cinnamon Dolce syrup
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients, except whipped cream, in a blender and mix for 1-2 minutes.
  • Allow the mixture to sit in the blender for about a minute to thicken up.
  • Serve the frappuccino in a tall glass, top it with whipped cream, drizzle some mocha sauce or melted chocolate, and enjoy.

Notes

  • If you don’t have xanthan gum, use whichever emulsifier or stabilizer you have at hand to ensure the frappuccino is creamy and fluffy.
  • If you prefer a caffeinated frappuccino, add your favorite espresso shots to the blender while mixing.
  • Adjust the amount of crushed Oreos depending on how crunchy you prefer your frappuccino.
  • You can use homemade whipped cream, pumpkin spice sauce, and frappuccino base syrup.
  • Use your favorite milk in this recipe but remember, the fattier the milk, the creamier the frappuccino. You can also use milk ice cubes instead of regular ice cubes to eliminate the risk of having a watery frappuccino.
