- 2 shots of espresso
- 1 cup of eggnog
- 3 tablespoons of raspberry syrup
- White chocolate sauce
- Ice cubes
Prepare your espresso using your Moka pot or preferred espresso machine and allow it to cool.
Mix the eggnog and raspberry syrup with a milk frother or stirrer until it combines well.
Drizzle the white chocolate sauce around your serving glass or cup.
You can use as much or as little as you like.
Add the ice to the cup and top with the eggnog raspberry mix and the cooled espresso.
Finish off with whipped cream, serve with a straw and enjoy!
- If you’re in a quick fix, you can use instant coffee instead of making the espresso from scratch.
- Try getting the Torani brand of white chocolate sauce and raspberry syrup (Starbucks' brand of sauces). You'll get the true authentic Starbucks Raspberry Mocha Eggnog taste.
- You can easily make the white chocolate sauce at home by melting a handful of white chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of milk in the microwave.
