Ingredients
  

  • Soy milk
  • Scoops of freeze-dried/ frozen black and blueberries
  • Vanilla syrup
  • Passion tea bag
  • Coconut shreds
  • Whipped cream
  • Water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Pour water into your stove and let it simmer. Once done, add your herbal passion tea bag to the heated water.
  • In a cocktail shaker, pour your ice cubes and herbal tea and shake intensely.
  • Take a large glass, add your berries, include some more ice cubes, and then pour in your iced tea.
  • Add the soy milk.
  • Mix well and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you prefer a lighter purple drink, substitute your soy milk with coconut milk and see if this is the right blend.
  • You could add whipped cream as a topping on your drink if you want more sugar, and sprinkle coconut shreds if you are a coconut lover like I am. This will also add to its scent.
