¼ cup of cold Starbucks espresso or ½ cup of cold Starbucks coffee
Ice – 2 cups
Milk – ½ cup
Chocolate sauce – 2 tablespoons
Peanut butter or peanut butter syrup – 3 tablespoons
Chocolate sauce (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)
Xanthan gum – 1/8 pinch (optional)
Instructions
Mix the milk, ice, coffee/espresso, xanthan gum, peanut butter syrup, and chocolate sauce in a blender. Blend them until the mixture is completely smooth.
Transfer the mixture to the mug and top with whipped cream or chocolate sauce.
Serve while cold.
Notes
If you want to highlight the chocolate flavor in the drink, you can garnish it with crunchy chocolate java chips or crumbly cookies.
If you do not have xanthan gum available, you can substitute it with Agar (replace in a 1:1 ratio), unflavored gelatin (replace 1 part of xanthan gum with 2 parts gelatin), or cornstarch (replace in a 1:1 ratio).
