Blend everything except the whipped cream and pink candy until blended.
Pour in a serving cup, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle the candy to finish. Serve.
Notes
I find whole milk the best for this recipe, as it is thick and creamy.
When selecting Spirulina, look for brands that offer it in blue and try getting one with no fishy smell, such as the Organic Blue Spirulina Powder by Micronutrients.
You can use heavy cream and vanilla extract for flavor instead of vanilla ice cream. I prefer vanilla ice cream because I can use what I already have from my favorite brands.
Although it tastes fresh, you can freeze the Frappuccino to use within a week. When ready to eat, take it out of the freezer and let it thaw at room temperature.
