Put the ice, vanilla, bean ice cream, hazelnut syrup, and 95 percent of the blueberries into your blender.
Blend until nice and smooth.
Add the milk of your choice slowly to the mixture as you blend.
Pour the Frappe into a glass.
The Frappe should have an eye-catching blue hue from the blueberries.
Add the whipped cream and then place the remaining blueberries on top of the cream.
Finish with caramel syrup or crunchy caramel sugar bits.
Serve the Frappe, and enjoy!
