Kai Jordan

Equipment

  • Cup
  • Teaspoon
  • Blender
  • A tall glass

Ingredients

  • One cup ice
  • One-eighth teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • One and a half cups of vanilla bean ice cream
  • A half cup of fresh blueberries, divided
  • Two tablespoons of whipped cream
  • One tablespoon of hazelnut syrup
  • Caramel sugar bits for garnish.

Instructions

  • Put the ice, vanilla, bean ice cream, hazelnut syrup, and 95 percent of the blueberries into your blender.
  • Blend until nice and smooth.
  • Add the milk of your choice slowly to the mixture as you blend.
  • Pour the Frappe into a glass.
  • The Frappe should have an eye-catching blue hue from the blueberries.
  • Add the whipped cream and then place the remaining blueberries on top of the cream.
  • Finish with caramel syrup or crunchy caramel sugar bits.
  • Serve the Frappe, and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use frozen blueberries if fresh ones are not available.
  • Do not add the milk at once to the blender. Use a teaspoon to add small portions of milk to the milk when the Frappe becomes too thick.
