Equipment

  • A medium saucepan
  • A whisk or stirring spoon
  • A fine mesh strainer
  • A glass jar or container with a tight-fitting lid for storing the creamer
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • A blender (optional for creating frothy creamer)

Ingredients
  

  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Milk or non-dairy milk (such as almond or coconut milk)
  • Vanilla extract
  • Optional: other flavorings such as cocoa powder, cinnamon, or nutmeg
  • Blender or whisk
  • Airtight container for storage.

Instructions
 

  • Pour the can of coconut milk into a small saucepan and heat on medium-low heat.
  • Add the honey or maple syrup and whisk until it's fully dissolved.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Continue to heat and stir the mixture for 5-7 minutes until it thickens and becomes creamy.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass jar or container and store it in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Shake well before using and enjoy in your coffee!

Notes

  • Use a blender or whisk to blend the ingredients thoroughly and ensure a smooth consistency.
  • You can adjust the sweetness and flavor by adding more or less maple syrup or vanilla extract.
  • The creamer can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Shake or stir the creamer before each use, as separation may occur.
