Pour the can of coconut milk into a small saucepan and heat on medium-low heat.
Add the honey or maple syrup and whisk until it's fully dissolved.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Continue to heat and stir the mixture for 5-7 minutes until it thickens and becomes creamy.
Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool.
Pour the mixture into a glass jar or container and store it in the fridge for up to a week.
Shake well before using and enjoy in your coffee!
