Equipment

  • Blender
  • Knife
  • 2 Saucepans
  • 2 Pitchers
  • 1 Grande Cup
  • strainer
  • Bowl
  • Fork
  • Milk frother

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • Acai powder
  • Passion fruit powder
  • White grape juice
  • Sugar
  • Natural green coffee extract
  • Guava juice
  • Pineapple syrup
  • Ginger flavor
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Heavy cream
  • Vanilla extract ¼ tsp

Instructions

  • Base drink: Cut your strawberries into chunks and toss them into a saucepan. Pour white grape juice and bring to a boil then simmer for ten minutes. Remove mixture from heat and strain in a heatproof pitcher while pressing on the strawberries to extract all the fluid. Discard the strawberries and pour back your strained mixture back into the saucepan. In low heat, add acai powder, green coffee extract, and passion fruit powder and stir until everything is dissolved. Pour this mixture back into the pitcher and leave it to cool.
  • Guava juice blend: Pour your guava juice into a pitcher and add pineapple syrup and ginger flavor. Mix well and keep aside.
  • Vanilla sweet cream cold foam: In a bowl, combine milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar. Froth the mixture with your milk frother.
  • In a Grande cup, add your strawberry acai base drink. Add in your guava juice blend and top it with your vanilla sweet cream cold foam and enjoy!

Notes

In the strawberry acai base, you can opt to skip the sugar if you don’t want your drink to be overly sweet.
It is also possible to use Starbucks readymade guava juice blend and strawberry acai refresher if you don't want to make things from scratch. The stores have ready vanilla sweet cream cold foam as well.
