Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups of sugar
  • 8 cups of frozen raspberries thawed
  • 2 liters of ginger ale
  • ¾ cup of cider vinegar
  • Two cups of cold water

Instructions
 

  • Wash your raspberries.
  • Please put them in a saucepan.
  • Crush the berries.
  • Add sugar, vinegar, and 1 cup of water to the crushed berries.
  • Stir the mixture until boiling point.
  • Reduce the heat and allow the mixture to cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Using a strainer, remove the seeds and let the mixture go into a jug.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Before serving, add ginger ale and ½ cup of cold water.
  • Prepare your glasses and serve with ice cubes.

Notes

  • You can use lemon-lime soda in place of ginger ale.
  • You can add other varieties of berries to bring out a sweeter taste.
  • Honey can substitute sugar though this will depend on your taste preferences.
  • You can make lime juice and use it as a ginger ale replacement.
