Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup of coconut milk (use your preferred milk)
  • 3 Oreo cookies
  • 1 shot of chilled espresso / decaffeinated espresso
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • ½ cup of ice
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
  • Crushed Oreos ( for garnishing)
  • Whipped cream (chocolate or regular)

Instructions
 

  • Place all the mentioned ingredients in a blender except for the crushed Oreos and Whipped cream and blend until smooth.
  • Serve the Frappuccino in a large cup, top with your preferred whipped cream and finally garnish the beverage with the crushed Oreos. Enjoy.
  • Serves two.

Notes

  • If you prefer a decaf Frappuccino, use the decaffeinated espresso.
  • Coconut sugar has high levels of fructose so use it conservatively.
  • Swap the coconut milk with your favourite milk.
  • You can use more or fewer Oreo cookies depending on how you prefer your Frappuccino.
  • Use your favourite whipped cream.
  • When blending you can add about 1 ½ cup of good quality ice cream.
