Combine all the ingredients and put them in a blender
Blend until smooth

I am a bit of a sweet tooth so when I prepare the orange mango smoothie, I use more fruit puree. This also makes the smoothie healthier. Another tip to make the smoothie sweeter is to use vanilla almond milk instead of regular milk.
You can also use a bit of Greek yogurt in the smoothie to give it a different taste. The Greek yogurt will also amp up the number of calories in the smoothie and this is perfect if you are trying to gain weight.
When you prepare the smoothie at home, you can cut down on the amount of protein powder by putting one scoop instead of two.
Sometimes when I prepare the smoothie I use 2 clementines instead of oranges when I want something a little bit different.
To ensure that your smoothie has a thick consistency, ensure that you always use frozen mangoes.
If you want a completely dairy-free smoothie, you can skip the protein powder since it is made from whey therefore it contains some dairy. However, this will make the smoothie lose some of its creaminess.
You can also add matcha green tea powder to the smoothie to get the antioxidant properties of the green tea.
