Make the syrup that will be used to sweeten the drink by putting sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir the mixture slowly until the sugar dissolves.
Once the sugar dissolves, leave the syrup to cool to room temperature then refrigerate the mixture in a squeeze bottle.
Dice the kiwi and starfruit into small pieces.
Put the pieces of kiwi and starfruit, green coffee extract powder, lemonade, one ounce of the syrup prepared, and ice into a cocktail shaker and shake well.
Pour the mixture directly into a serving glass. Do not strain it.
Garnish kiwi, mint, or starfruit, and enjoy!
