  • One scoop of Inulin-Extracted from Chicory roots
  • Organic Banana Puree
  • One scoop of Konjac Flour

  • Dark chocolate banana and Vanilla honey banana flavors

Instructions

  • Start by finely grinding the coffee beans using the coffee bean powder grinding machine
  • Pass hot water through the finely ground coffee powder using gravitational force to form a coffee solution
  • Filter the coffee solution to obtain brewed coffee
  • Pour 1 cup of Brewed Coffee in a jar
  • Add one scoop of Pea Protein
  • Add one scoop of Konjac Flour
  • Add a pinch of Gellan Gum
  • Add a pinch of Xanthan Gum
  • Add a pinch of salt
  • Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey
  • Add a dark chocolate banana or Vanilla honey banana flavors
  • Add Organic Banana Puree while stirring until the mixture becomes smooth

Notes

  • I find it cumbersome to brew coffee, and hence I order readily brewed coffee from Starbucks.
  • I use soy milk instead of almond milk and omit to add dark chocolate banana or Vanilla honey banana flavors
  • I also add stevia to increase the sweetness of the smoothie.
  • You can enjoy the smoothie iced by adding ice cubes
