Ingredients
170g Greek yogurt
1 healthy banana
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
1 cup of almond milk
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in the blender. You should chop the banana into pieces if it cannot fit into the blender whole
Blend until smooth
Serve your ready chocolate smoothie and enjoy!
Notes
You can substitute the blender with a food processor but a blender works better and make your work much easier
I prefer using frozen banana since it gives a thicker consistency
Instead of almond milk, you can use soy milk
Use mocha syrup if you want a caffeinated chocolate smoothie
