How do you make a Starbucks skinny vanilla latte?

This drink is easy to make. You can replicate it in the comfort of your home and still enjoy its greatness and rich taste. You will need:

Equipment

  • Hand frother
  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup espresso
  • ½ cup nonfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. sugar-free vanilla syrup
  • 2 drops of natural sweeteners (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add your espresso after it is cooled to a blender.
  • Steam your nonfat milk on a stove and use a hand frother to make the foam.
  • Add the sugar-free syrup, frothed nonfat milk, and the natural sweeter in the blender. Blend until all the ingredients are uniformly mixed.
  • Pour your drink into a Tall or Grande-sized cup and heat in a microwave for one minute. If you want it cold, you can pour it over ice cubes after blending.
  • You can also make your homemade sugar-free vanilla syrup using xylitol sweetener, xanthan gum, vanilla essence, and water. Add all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir gently until it starts to thicken. Set aside to cool and use it as demonstrated above.

Notes

If you do not have ready-made espresso, you can extract some using your home espresso machine. The average prep time is four minutes. You can choose to skip the sweetener and take the latte as it is. If you add other sweeteners like sugar, then your latte will not be 100% skinny. Both iced and hot skinny vanilla lattes have nonfat dairy milk.
