Dutch Bros. Caramel Pumpkin Brulée Cold Brew Copycat Recipe

  • A pitcher

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz. of half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons of salted caramel syrup
  • 3 tablespoons of pumpkin pie sauce
  • Whipped cream
  • 7 oz. of cold brew coffee
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Pour your cold brew into the pitcher and add the half-and-half and stir gently.
  • Pour the mixture into a tall glass, add the syrup and two tablespoons of the pumpkin sauce, and stir gently.
  • Top the drink with a generous dollop of whipped cream, drizzle the remaining pumpkin sauce on top, and sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Enjoy.

Notes

  • If half-and-half isn’t your favorite, feel free to use any milk or cream you prefer.
  • This recipe yields a single serving of about 15 oz., so adjust the amounts of the ingredients to yield the number of servings you want.
  • Feel free to use any brand of syrup and sauce, but for a Dutch Bros authentic taste, use salted caramel syrup and pumpkin pie sauce from Torani.
  • Incorporate any other syrup you enjoy but note that it might slightly change the drink’s flavor.
  • The amount of whipped cream and sugar sprinkles is up to you as well. You can also use homemade whipped cream.
