Place the evaporated milk and skim milk into a saucepan.
Place the mixture in the saucepan containing the mixture over medium-low heat and whisk the milk together.
Once the blend has been heated, remove it from the heat source and add the Baileys' Irish Cream, Vanilla, or caramel extract.
Cool the creamer and pour it into a jar or container. Make sure that the container is tightly sealed after pouring in the creamer.
Please place it in your fridge for six to seven days.
Add a pump of creamer to your coffee to make it sweeter.
