Starbucks Menu Malaysia (Items on the Starbucks Malaysian Menu, Price List +More Information)
Starbucks has operated successfully in the Malaysian market for the last 20 years offering a variety of Starbucks signature and customized delicacies. Let’s have a closer look at what is contained in the Starbucks menu Malaysia.
Starbucks Malaysia has over 300 stores, 58 being drive-through and 10 reserves. The Starbucks menu Malaysia contains a variety of items ranging from coffees and espressos, tea, and chocolates, to Frappuccino blended beverages. During my visit to Kuala Lumpur, I decided to try out the Starbucks Malaysian experience and see what things are like. The menu was not that different from the American menus. The only additions were signature Asian ingredients to the normal Starbucks foods and drinks. It was such a delight to feel at home in a different country.

What is in Starbucks menu Malaysia items?
The first thing you notice when you pick up the menu is the familiarity with the American Starbucks menu items. There are espressos and coffee, tea and chocolates, and Frappuccino. The food part is where all the difference begins. Most of the items are tailor-made for the taste and delight of the local Malaysian. What catches one’s attention is the way Starbucks Malaysia has taken its time to analyze the needs of the local market and infuse its signature Starbucks items with a touch of the local cuisines.
The locally named dishes give you a feel of the Malaysian culture. The baristas are kind enough to walk you through the menu for your perfect order. I loved the cheese cakes and the desserts. These mouth-watering dishes will make you stay in Malaysia for longer than you expected.
The coffees and espressos: The variety of toppings and flavors are all listed on the menu. There are lattes, cappuccinos, Frappuccino blends, and so much more. The coffees are brewed with the highest Starbucks standards and ingredients. If you’re looking for your favorite drink on your way to work, Starbucks Malaysia has everything you need in its coffee and espresso menu.
Starbucks Malaysia is unique in its location in terms of its menu. You will find food items listed in the Malay language. The prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit, but can easily be converted to US dollars. The Starbucks app comes in handy when it comes to making payments. The app converts the currency to that of the host country so you do not need to keep converting.
Tea: Starbuck s Malaysia menu has a variety of tea options brewed to your liking. If you are a tea person, your taste is well taken care of by the menu items. Most Asians drink tea for various reasons. It is a great beverage to change from the coffee norm.
Eh-Nak! Makan meal: This is a group of menu items all containing Malaysian delicacies. The meals contained in this menu are a rice dish called Ayam Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api, a pasta dish called rending Rembau, chicken lasagna, and baked mac and cheese.
Dato’ Fazley Yaakob: This category is made up of sweet doughnuts and snacks. The names are in Malay such as Roti Kerak Gula Melaka, Kek Kuih Ketayap, Éclair daging Salai Lemak Cili Api, and Kek biskut batik. All these are goodies for the sweet-toothed customers.
Breakfast sandwiches: The variety of sandwiches is immensely tasty and rich in flavor. Among the most popular are the breakfast Focaccia, croquet monsieur, wholemeal tuna sandwich, croissant bun with a chicken loaf, egg, and cheese, sausage with caramelized onion sandwich, and last but not least is the chicken patty and spinach sandwich.
Lunch Sandwiches: The lunch sandwiches are a little bigger than their breakfast counterparts. Among the most common are the banh mi roast chicken sandwich, creamy crockpot chicken ciabatta, and baked chicken teriyaki sandwich. These are ideal for a quick lunch bite.
How do I order Starbucks Menu Malaysia Item?

There are two ways to place an order. You can use the app or the physical way. The physical way requires your presence at a Starbuck counter where you place your order. Many people are afraid of physical orders, but you can always ask for assistance from the baristas all around.
If you are unsure of what to order, ask the barista to let you know the available options. Physical ordering is more versatile as you can customize your order to your liking. For instance, you can ask the barista to add more milk or toppings to your coffee or vice versa. The food options also allow one to add or remove any items to one’s liking. If you like your coffee extra hot, all you need to do is inform the barista to put it at that. If you are a milk person, you get to tell the barista to add more milk or to put your drink half and half.
The app is equally easy. All you need to do is to download it on your phone and launch it. The app is available in Apple and Google stores. In the app is a video demo of how to use the order and pay features. After you watch the video and note that it is not a compulsory step, you are ready to place your order. Register a Starbucks account and log in.
This app allows you to order any item at any place. For delivery, items that are below RM 12 are charged a delivery fee. All other items above this price are delivered for free. Deliveries around the city are fast and convenient. They do not keep you waiting for your order.
Select the item of your choice from the menu and add it to your list of items. Key in the amount and send. If you are low on credit, you can choose the credit card option on the app. The bar code scanning system is used to make payments on the app. In most Starbucks, you can pay for your order in cash. Other options available are credit and debit cards, mobile money, and cryptocurrency. Everything is simplified to make your ordering process as seamless as possible.
