Starbucks Caramel Brulée Latte (Ingredients, Taste, Variations, Sizes, Copycat Recipe, Caffeine, Calories, Dairy content &more information)

Starbucks has some of the most delicious and unique holiday beverages. The Starbucks caramel Brulee latte is a drink you should try and also understand how to prepare at home.

Before my wife taught me how to make Starbucks Caramel Brulée Latte, it used to be my official entry into the holiday season. I introduced the drink to her when we met for the first time during an exchange program. She traveled from Texas and spent a few weeks before Christmas in our company. Since she was in my department, I frequently ordered her a Starbucks Caramel Brulée Latte. A few years later, when we married, she observed how much I loved the drink and learned to make it at home. I now do not have to wait for the holiday season to have the drink. I can also teach you, and you will enjoy the drink whenever you like.

Brief History Of The Drink

Starbucks released the drink in 2009, and it immediately became popular. Although it was a holiday drink, customers would have wanted to have it all year round. I knew about the drink much later in 2011, and my only regret since I knew about it is why I never knew it earlier.

After having the drink during the entire 2011 holiday season, it left me with a nostalgic feeling in January 2012. To cure the feeling, I started to seek information concerning the drink. I wanted to know its origin and why it had the name Brulee, which is not English. I discovered that the inspiration for the drink stems from France. Brulee is a French term that means burned. In the case of the drink, Brulee refers to a layer of sugar hardened through torching. I also found out that the Starbucks caramel brulee latte tastes slightly similar to the creme brulee, which is a custard topped with caramelized sugar.

Is Starbucks Caramel Brulée Latte still available at Starbucks?

Yes, Starbucks Caramel Brulée Latte is still available at Starbucks. The drink is on the Starbucks main menu, and you can easily order it from the Starbucks app or website. However, the drink is categorized as a holiday drink and is only available during the holiday season. For that reason, you need to understand how to make the drink at home so that you can enjoy the drink all year round.
