My best friend and I are obsessed with everything Starbucks. As often as we can, we try to start most of our mornings by treating ourselves to a hearty and filling Starbucks breakfast menu. We’ve done this so often that I think we might have gone through the entire menu by now. So, imagine my shock when I realized that some people don’t even know that Starbucks offers breakfast or that there are healthy options on the menu. In light of this, I want to share a list of the top Starbucks breakfast items that my best friend and I curated from our numerous breakfast dates.

Does Starbucks Serve Breakfast?
Before we dive into the menu items, I’d like to address the frequent questions I get from family, friends, colleagues, and even strangers. To start with, does Starbucks serve breakfast? Yes, they definitely do. They start serving breakfast from the minute they open the store, and that’s not the best part. Unlike other restaurants, Starbucks serves breakfast all day! So, if you have lazy mornings and can’t wake up early, no problem. You won’t miss out on Starbucks’ delicious breakfast options.
Does Starbucks Have A Breakfast Menu?
This is the second most frequently asked question, and the answer is, yes, Starbucks has a Breakfast menu. What my BFF and I love about this menu is that it has a wide and varied selection. You’ll find the classics like sandwiches, cereals, and wraps. You also get fancy options like egg bites and parfaits and let’s not forget the baked goodies like croissants and bagels. Like I said the list is seeming endless, and they have an option for every preference, whether you want something light and healthy or loaded and filling.

How To Order Breakfast At Starbucks?
Ordering is easy since the items are on the menu so ordering them in-store is simple. You just need to take a look at the menu and decide what you want and place the order. Be sure to specify whatever modifications you want and whether it’s taken away or not.
On the Starbucks app, start by enabling your location before selecting what you want from the breakfast options and whatever customizations you’d like. Pick the store you’ll pick your order from, place the order and go to the store to pick it up when it’s ready.
How We Choose The Best Starbucks Breakfast?
So, how did my BFF and I come up with our list of best Starbucks breakfasts? We looked at the following factors:
- Low-calories – I personally don’t exercise that often so the least I can do is watch what I eat, that is why our best go-to items on the Starbucks breakfast menu had to be healthy. The items that made it to the list are all below 300 calories which is less than 15% of what we should consume in a day.
- All-rounded – we wanted a list that had a little bit of everything, from light meals to filling options. This list includes our favorite sandwich, egg bite, wrap, parfait, and oatmeal bowl. So, you can trust that you’ll find something for you here.
- Affordable – If you decide to have Starbucks breakfast on almost a daily basis, like us, we wouldn’t want you to break your bank. That is why all the listed items here are below $5.
5 Best Starbucks Breakfast.
The items on this list are ranked from lowest calorie to the most (but they are all our top favorites).
Egg white & Roasted Pepper Sous Vide Egg Bites.
Starting with the fanciest thing on the menu (according to my friend and me). I remember the first time we had the sous vide egg bites, we felt like fancy French women at a Paris café. The bites are as appealing as they are delicious. The egg white and roasted pepper sous vide egg bites are our favorites out of all the options we’ve tried so far. It’s made with egg whites instead of whole eggs, so you won’t get the full rich egg flavor if that’s what you’re looking for. The robust flavor of the roasted peppers, however, more than makes up for this in our opinion. And did we mention that a serving (2 egg bites) only has 170 calories? Delicious and healthy. The perfect light but sufficiently filling option.
Reduced-fat Turkey Bacon, Cheddar, and Cage-free Egg Sandwich.
This isn’t our only favorite sandwich at Starbucks (we’d probably need a whole article to cover that), but this is the healthiest of our favorites. You’d think that the reduced-fat turkey bacon won’t be as good, but we were surprised by the richness in flavor. Combined with a little cheddar cheese and cage-free eggs result in the perfect sandwich with the right amount of nutrients, 210 calories, lean fat, and high protein. It is the perfect breakfast option when you want something healthy but you don’t want to give up your meat and carbs.
Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal
My friend and I aren’t vegans, so you may not find a lot of vegan options here but these are our favorite vegan options. It has a smooth and creamy texture with surprisingly no milk or cream. Unlike other restaurants Starbucks uses water. Its calorie count is 220 which is a significant difference from the 160 calories of Starbucks Classic oatmeal. But the addition of dried fruits, nuts, agave syrup, and fresh berries are worth the extra calories.
Berry Trio Parfait
This option is as delicious as it is appealing. With only 240 calories, it’s high in protein and low in fat made up of no-fat vanilla yogurt, mixed berries, and granola. It’s the perfect accompaniment to your morning coffee. But keep in mind that this parfait is very sweet and sugary. So, if you aren’t a sweet tooth like us, you may need something less sugary to wash it down, like a Starbucks nitro cold brew.
Spinach, Feta, and Egg-white wrap.
Last but not least on the list, is our favorite wrap at Starbucks (we aren’t the only ones who think so). It may have the most calories on this list with a 290 calorie count, but it is still a super healthy option. It’s a high protein and low-fat breakfast option that is not only filling but very delicious. I mean this is a cult favorite for most people at Starbucks for a reason.
