Coffee mate also contains a food additive called carrageenan which is known to cause digestive problems and inflammation. It may also be why you may be experiencing bloating after your morning cup of coffee. This creamer has no nutritional value since it has no antioxidants, minerals, or vitamins.

How much coffee mate can you have in a day?

Though there is no limit on how much coffee mate you can consume in a day, experts recommend not taking too much of it. Even if you love the taste of this creamer, take it in moderation to avoid consuming the unhealthy compounds we discussed above.
